The Department of Human Resources is committed to implementing Performance Management processes that foster an environment in which managers and employees can regularly communicate about departmental and individual goals in service of creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and excellence.
The University will transition the Staff/AAP Annual Performance Review process into GMS, effective March 1, 2019. This transition is a key component to our continued effort to improve the University’s performance management process, and we are very excited about the scope of services this transition will bring to performance management at Georgetown. 
In this webinar, the Department of Human Resources will offer an overview of best practices for completing the Manager Evaluation portion of the 2019 Annual Performance Review as well as helping the employees you manage develop goals for the next performance review cycle. Attendees will also receive step-by-step instructions for completing and submitting employee self evaluations and manager evaluations in GMS.
Administrative employees who are managers and take this course will be prepared to complete their own self evaluations for the Annual Performance Review.
