2018 Coastal First Nations Dance Festival

Produced by the Dancers of Damelahamid in partnership with the Museum of Anthropology (MOA)
Location: Museum of Anthropology at UBC

The Festival is a celebration of the stories, songs, and dances of the Indigenous peoples of the Northwest Coast of North America. The festival presents the rich cultural practices of dance artists from British Columbia, the Yukon, Alaska, and Washington State as well as national and international guest artists and demonstrates that these practices are very much alive, vibrant, and relevant today.
