Attend a Kundalini class with Devinder, and you'll experience why students have studied and practiced with her for well over a decade. Her strong interpersonal approach to teaching helps people reach their individual goals and empower themselves through yoga. While talented and practiced, Devinder is also a 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher in the Hatha and Kundalini Yoga traditions. She is Hatha Yoga Teacher Trainer and is a KRI Kundalini Yoga Lead Trainer. With over 25 years of experience as a self-employed business owner and business/IT consultant, she is a much requested presenter on television programs, at local and national Yoga and Women's conferences, and travels extensively as a guest trainer for Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training programs.

SA1KAU - Detox and De-Stress with Kundalini Yoga (Saturday, April 14th 8 AM - 10 AM)

Learn specific breath techniques, postures and meditations to reawaken to the life around you! Experience warm-ups that focus on releasing toxins and stress from the body, and practice a kriya or yoga set that builds the nervous system to better enable the body and mind to process and release stress.

SA3KAU - Our 8 Sacred Symbols (Saturday, April 14th 1 PM - 3 PM)

We focus on the eight major chakras: the lower triangle chakras, the upper triangle chakras, the eighth chakra, the aura, and the fourth chakra, the heart chakra, as the balance between them. Kundalini yoga postures, breath work and meditation let us explore techniques to unblock and balance these eight chakras.

SA5KAU - How to Meditate (Saturday, April 14th 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM)

This workshop will help you learn to reduce tension and stress, to feel happier, more relaxed and at peace with yourself, to improve your health, mental clarity and vitality, and to develop a more intuitive, heart-centered way of life.

SU4KAU - Bringing Prosperity into Your Life and Yoga Practice (Sunday, April 15th 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM)

In this Kundalini yoga workshop, we go beyond the typical kriyas and meditations for prosperity. Learn how to open your life to receive all the gifts the universe has for you. Give yourself the gift of joyful living with an attitude of gratitude, through pranayam, mudra, mantra, and meditation.
