- Definition of a relevant transfer- Effect of a relevant transfer on contracts and employment- TUPE and preventing illegal working- Employees affected by the relevant transfer- Employees right of objection- Changes to terms and conditions of employment- Dismissals and redundancies- Information and consultation rights
