This seminar focuses on one aspect of martial arts training - Self Defense. The obvious goal of self defense training is to able to protect oneself from an attack. The main purpose of self defense training long term is cultivating confidence and awareness. This requires both physical and mental training.

This seminar is intended as an introduction to such training and covers practical aspects of self defense including the following topics: Awareness, Personal Security, Home Security, Safety Tips For Women, Strategy, Avoidance and Technology, Self Defense Drills, Grab Techniques.
