  • is there a recommended exercise/training schedule to prepare for the race? I've seen a few for other races but I haven't been able to find anything for this one

  • Mud Hero in the registration there is an option for "chip timed" or not. To get a completion time for your race, do you need to choose the "chip timed" registration or are all the races timed?

  • For next year can you change the kids medals even just a little bit? My sons done it two years in a row now and has two exact medals. Or engrave the date on the back or something? Thanks
