Hidden Talent in Devon - Making Change - 6 Week Portfolio Development Course | Plymouth College of Art | Wednesday, 08. January 2020

In need of a change of direction?  Want to start a creative Higher Education course THIS September, but don't have the portfolio to do so?
Then come along to Hidden Talent in Devon - Making Change.
This 12 session short course has been condensed into six weeks of summer creativity, offering the chance to get to grips with various artistic media and techniques, and developing a portfolio of work as you go.  Strongly aligned to Fine Art practice, Making Change includes drawing, spin painting, printing, sculpture and more.  As well as developing a personal portfolio, Making Change will support your preparation for higher education interviews by improving your confidence and curatorial language, as well as giving you a helping hand to get your application submitted.
And it's all free!  This opportunity is fully funded by the European Social Fund, including all equipment and materials.
You don't need to be the next Van Gogh or Beryl Cook to take part.  You just have to bring your enthusiasm and meet the following criteria:

I am aged 25+

I live in Devon

I'm eligible to work in the UK (i.e. I have a National Insurance number)

I have not previously completed a degree in any subject

I am considering starting a creative *undergraduate* higher education course.  Making Change will improve my readiness and support my application.  I am not currently studying for a creative higher education course, and I have not previously studied for a creative higher education course
