Proud Partners NSW: Sharing Insights and Lessons from ACON’s Pilot Intervention Program for All Genders

About this Event

At the end of 2019 ACON ran our first Proud Partners program for LGBTQ+ people who needed help with their abusive behaviours. This program was remarkable as it was a group for LGBTQ+ people of all genders and sexualities and it relied on participants self-referring into the group.

In this workshop, the ACON staff behind the program will share the challenges, adaptations and successes that led to the program’s positive outcomes. Through discussing our observations and learnings we hope to invite difficult conversations and invoke courageous reflection.

This session will be held via zoom meeting and will be password protected. All registered ticket holders will receive the password to their nominated email address 24 hours before the event starts. Please make sure to check your junk email box.
