Understanding how your nutrition impacts your transformation goals is vital. Although we may eat what we believe is the "right" kinds of foods, often we underestimate portion sizes and don't understand how to read smart choices is important but we also want to remain flexible with our nutrition. No one wants to spend their life always on a "diet".This workshop is designed to educate you on how to make educated decisions on your nutrition to help accommodate your hard work during training. Learn how to not only transform your body through nutrition and exercise but also how to maintain your results.
