Identify conditions which enable or impede our ability to communicate in ways that bring about desired outcomes.
Understand conditions that create trust.
Identify barriers to effective communications.
Identify tools to practice authentic and meaningful connections.

About the Instructors:
Vickie Watters Martin's professional experience encompasses various areas of the business world--both in government and the private sector. Currently employed full time for MDA, she has a proven track record of executing successful international trade promotion projects and collaborating with various stakeholders both in the United States and Canada. Prior to her work in state government, Vickie worked on the headquarters international team of a private-sector firm. This firm was the premier source for wireless data and messaging to customers throughout the U.S. and internationally. In 2017 Vickie was selected as one of the 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi. She holds both a Masters and Bachelors in Business Administration.
