HoutsCool brings to Belgium the best of South American barbecue!
HC wants to share with you how to prepare the best South American cuts like the Gauchos do! Our grill masters will show how to operate a grill using woodfire and coal to get the best fires. We will teach how easy is to clean, prepare and grill large cuts of meat to share with your family and friends. (we will teach our family secret sauce -  the HoutsCool Chimichurri - the only sauce for barbecue!)
Our sessions will cover over time Argentinian, Uruguayan and Brazilian cuts, so stay tuned for the next editions.

Program - June 22nd:


Setting the stage - grill and fire for large cuts


Grilled Entrées: Portobellos, Toscana sausages and the HC succulent surprise cut.


Argentinian Entrecote: marbled-wonder cut with HC Chimichurri and sweet potatoes 


Unlimited Drinks (red wine, still and sparkling water and beer)
