Hot Pot Xtreme Elimination [Cancelled] | Edmonton, Alberta | Wednesday, 21. February 2018

Hot Pot is a popular Asian cuisine, consisting of a simmering pot of broth that is used to cook raw food and eaten at the very same spot, similar to fondue.

This cuisine is especially welcomed when the temperature drops below comfortable weather, and so what better place to showcase this social sharing culture than one of Canada's coldest and populous city, here in Edmonton?

This event will be livestream, featuring 8 competitors consuming feature Hot Pot menu items outdoors in the middle of cold February! Although you are more than welcome to join us live onsite as we broadcast and cheer on these brave contestants.
