Chakra Yoga & Nidra Experience | Bliss YogaSpa | Saturday, 09. December 2017

Join yoga teacher Allison Haromy for a donation based Hatha Yoga Practice designed to stimulate the 7 chakras and prepare the body for meditation.
Following the asana practice we will transition into a yoga nidra meditation- using the relaxation techniques of yoga nidra to help align our energy centers (chakras).

Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) is a deep relaxation practice which shifts us into a state in between being awake and being asleep.
All levels of practice are welcome, no yoga or meditation experience necessary.

Entry to this class is by donation with all funds going to theZebra Foundation.

One full weekend pass to the 2017 Victoria Yoga Conference will be drawn by yoga teacher and YYC Ambassador, Allison Haromy.
