Mindfulness and meditative practices have become well recognized interventions in the west with much research supporting its benefits. Today's meditation practices are established on wisdom practices most often associated with Buddhist philosophy that goes back 2600 years.

Please join us in this beginner Buddhist Philosophy course taught by a Tibetan monk who helps his students apply ancient teachings to life in the west. It is the perfect way to learn more about Buddhist Philosophy.

Kushok will be teaching Buddhist Philosophy.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Anyone with an interest in Buddhism is welcome to attend this course. No prior knowledge of Buddhist teachings required.
