Qigong & Meditation for Integration | Thursday, 09. November 2017

Qigong is a wholistic system of self-healing exercise and meditation, an ancient, evolving practice that includes healing posture, movement, self-massage, breathing techniques and meditation. Through these various methods, Qi is accumulated and stored in the body.
This makes Qigong a very good grounding practice.and a great integration tool.

Kim-Du Trinh is member of Black Belt Hall of Fame and has 30 years experience in martial arts.

Classes will be given every 2nd Thursday, beginning Nov. 9th from 7-9 pm. Cost is $15 per class.
