Focus will be on:
*Understanding the advantages and limitations of the different types of baby carriers (stretchy & woven wraps, ring slings, mei tais & buckles)
*How babywearing can facilitate the transition to parenthood and serve as an important health intervention
*Safe carrier usage
*Current babywearing industry issues, regulations, standards & climate
*Business building, working collaboratively within the industry, price setting etc
*Special situations such as multiples, premies & more
*Each class is unique & is custom designed to suit the needs of the participants.

Participants will receive:
*Certificate of Completion
*Access to purchase into a Babywearing Educators group insurance policy
*Membership in a CBS Educator's Facebook Group for networking, questions, keeping current with the industry & more
*Periodic offers from our manufacturer & retailer members for Educator discounts on carriers for your teaching library

We believe strongly in the parent/infant dyad & welcome your baby to class! The hands on nature of this class does make it difficult to complete with a busy toddler. Please contact us if you're unsure about attending with your baby.
