The Agile mindset, principles, and practices are being applied far beyond technology teams including developing hardware, education, marketing, finance, recruiting, real-estate and more.  Learn how you too can embrace these universal principles and lightweight processes to boost your organization's agility.  Don't be surprised if you start applying them to enhance your personal agility as well!
This 4 session virtual training introduces learners to Agile, the values and principles behind an agile mindset, and what embracing agility can mean for individuals and organizations that want to not merely survive amidst the complexity and uncertainty of our times - but thrive in it.  We will explore some popular and effective lightweight frameworks and methods that build agility including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Startup.  Learn when, where and how to apply these practices and tools to maximize your effectiveness in addressing user's needs, solving business problems, and navigating change - all while delighting your customers and increasing your own personal agility.
This training is highly interactive using a variety of technology and conveys concepts through a variety of learning techniques including discussions, videos, learning activities, and pre and post work.   Expect to leave energized and ready to put your learning and expanded toolkit to use.
