Winter Dance Party of 1959- Celebration of Buddy Holly | Kane's Harley Diner | Saturday, 03. February 2018

At Major Minor Music Project we think youth singers songwriters are special so we are celebrating one of the all time greats- Buddy Holly!!! This February it is the 59th year anniversary of his passing in 1959 on Feb 3rd in the tragic plane crash dubbed as the day the music died. He was just 22 years old and left behind a legacy for all time. For this special occasion we have joined with a venue that we feel is extremely fitting the wonderful retro classic Kanes Harley Diner in Inglewood!!! For the poster the talented Chris Naish has beautifully re-created an exact replica of Buddy Holly's last concert poster!!! The line up is absolutely incredible and expect fantastic originals and covers of the classics!! special guest PB and James will also be on this show! We are encouraging people to dress up in their finest sock hop attire!! this is going to be fun!!
