Healthy Workplace Boundaries: Adopting boundaries to become more productive
Many people spend more time at work than they do at play and setting appropriate boundaries at work becomes difficult. However, creating boundaries is critical to maintaining a healthy life. This engaging two-hour class presents the benefits of healthy boundaries, the difficulties and challenges in keeping them, and tips and tools to comfortably set parameters.
Learning Objectives:

Understand the positive and negative consequences of appropriate workplace boundaries
Identify ways to set and maintain healthy boundaries
Identify effective responses when boundaries are violated

About the Instructor: Marshall Watson

Marshall Watson is the Professional Development Manager for The Strive Group. As a twenty-three year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a former adjunct instructor with UAA’s Mat-Su College, Marshall adds training and development, instructional technology and coaching expertise to The Strive Group’s team. He is skilled in assessing an organization’s training needs, developing content to meet those needs, and delivering it through on-demand, in-person and distance learning methods.
